Happy Chinese New Year to all of you! I am happy that I got to spend this year's Chinese New Year with my family and friends. It seems that through this New Year I have found some resolutions including losing weight!
This post is a special post for me. My friend, Maria,is an architecture student in a University in Chicago. It is a given that she knows a lot of good, pretty places around Chicago. So she and I paired up and decided to have an set of 'Architecture Tour with Maria'. Now, not only will I share with you my outfit of the day, I will also show you pretty places around the windy city of Chicago.
This weekend, we visited Chicago Public Library located in the Harold Washington Building at the heart of Chicago Downtown. Chicago Public Library has a post-modern architecture, and it was built on the 1991. This building consists of nine floors and each floor consists of different field of studies. We visited the ninth floor (actually the 10th but it is authorized only entry) called the winter garden, which for me and most people, is the prettiest area in the building. Not to underestimate the other floor, since we also spotted many unique artworks around the building. The ninth floor is a place where people read and sit; a relaxing and bright space. The ceiling of the room is made iron cast glass, which makes it look like a botanical garden. The design of the building is very unique and classic. In general, I feel very pleased to visit this site.

Give me suggestions as to places you think I should visit around the city of Chicago and I will visit, create a post about this place!
