when things don't work

Have you faced times when you feel like you just want to give up? probably a lot, and I am feeling the same thing too, with everything, these days.
Me being sick, my school things, friends, and just everything. One of them is communicating what is in my mind and what I can do. I have always been wanting to design and sew a dress so that they are acceptable to be sold, I have always been wanting to take awesome pictures so I have awesome posts, I have always been wanting to wear this and that but in reality my closet is limited, and today I have been imagining wearing an outfit from the older times in western region. But really, limitations in everything can kill ideas. I have so many ideas in my brain, but throwing it out is not as easy as I thought it can be. So, what should I do then?
